Located at 2302 Middle Street, one block from Sullivan’s Island’s retail and restaurant row and two blocks from its famed beaches, the property will be transformed into four single-story units of approximately 2,450 square feet each, including a complete interior demolition with a new modern design and craftsmanship, a full exterior restoration, and newly-installed hardscape and landscape features including a pool/spa, manicured gardens and dedicated parking for residents and guests.

Originally constructed in 1924 as Sullivan’s Island’s first-grade school, the property was converted to a church in 1955, and later to residential apartments in 1977, undergoing various exterior and interior additions and alterations throughout the years. As a Sullivan’s Island Landmark property, the planned redevelopment will restore the original exterior character and presence of the property, including new 1920’s-era lap siding and windows, while introducing modern construction materials and luxury interior appointments.
