Kevin Rogers is a Principal in the development group of WRS, Inc. Kevin started in commercial real estate in 1997, spending 10 years with the three largest retailers in the country as a real estate manager. Kevin worked with The Kroger Co., Walmart and Home Depot opening stores throughout the Southeast, including one of the first Walmart Neighborhood Markets in Florida.

The time spent as a retailer afforded Kevin the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the brightest minds in the business, solving problems in the course of opening over 50 stores combined for Kroger, Walmart and Home Depot.

Kevin turned to the development side of the business in 2007, first with Lauth Property Group and in 2012, with WRS, Inc. During the course of his development career, Kevin has been fortunate to have completed numerous development projects, generally all tenant directed assignments, from Indiana to Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida, combined in excess of 1,000,000 square-feet of space. Kevin has also developed a number of projects on his own account, some of which he still holds.

Kevin received his BA in both Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati in 1995. He lives in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina with his wife and three young children.
