Arthur J. Kepes is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for WRS Inc. Arthur has spent over 20 years working in retail development, acquisitions, leasing and finance.

As a shareholder of WRS Inc., Arthur has been a Principal in the development of over 42 retail anchored shopping center projects comprising of more than 10 million square-feet of retail space.

As the Executive Vice President and CFO, Arthur focuses on capital formation, recapitalization, entitlements and administrative strategy for WRS Inc. 

​

Prior to the organization of WRS Inc., Arthur worked as council for the commercial lending arms of a large Ohio based savings and loan company.

 

Arthur holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan and has served on the Board and Executive Committee of a regional savings institution.
