Since the company’s launch in 2001, WRS Inc. has developed more than 42 anchored retail shopping centers and mixed-use projects, comprising more than 10 million square-feet.

Many of these landowners are community institutions and small local developers. WRS Inc. provides a variety of brokerage services such as market studies, site selection, contract negotiation, and coordination of zoning and permitting processes. WRS Property Management, LLC focuses on the day-to-day operations of our asset portfolio, leasing and the needs of our tenants. By providing these services in-house, WRS manages and streamlines its development or investment strategies from acquisition to

stabilization and sale.
